Project management for green certification

Know your rating before the assessor does.

A rating was never meant to be the point of sustainability, yet it is how the work is held to account today. LeafTracker takes smaller projects through certification with cost in view from the first meeting: the whole scheme in one workspace, the tier you are on course for, and what each open point is for, so your team spends its attention on what matters for the building rather than on the metrics. Choose where to start.

Water sustainability

Water stewardship for sites and operations, in one workspace.

Watchlist

We will notify you once it is launched.

/ 01How it works

The scheme, read once, so your team never has to.

Green Mark runs to hundreds of pages across criteria, technical guides and scoresheets. LeafTracker has read them, so your team works from one structured workspace that is kept in step with BCA's documents, not from a stack of PDFs.

1

Set up the project

Building type, edition and stage. The workspace loads only the criteria that apply, with the right point caps and prerequisites for that combination.

2

Record what the project achieves

Work through each section with your consultants and contractors. Where a criterion rests on a number, such as EUI or ETTV, enter it and the comparison against BCA's tables is done for you.

3

Manage the gaps to submission

Section scores, the holistic tier and the energy floor update as the project moves. Every open criterion lists the evidence it still needs, so the submission is assembled as you go, not at the end.

/ 02Inside the Green Mark tracker

Six sections, two editions, one score.

GM:2021 and v7 are kept apart so a project is scored against the edition it is submitting under. Switch pathway or building type and your progress comes with you.

EE

Energy Efficiency

Three pathways, the EUI and ETTV tables, and the SLE, ZE and PE tiers above them.

Hw

Health & Wellbeing

Physiological, psychological and sociological: active mobility, material emissions, thermal comfort and more.

Cn

Whole Life Carbon

The whole life carbon assessment, embodied carbon reductions, construction and fit-out rows.

Re

Resilience

Protect, manage, restore: habitat and ecology, resource policies, water efficiency, outdoor comfort.

In

Intelligence

Integrated, data-driven, responsive: digital delivery, open-protocol data and the badge prerequisites.

Mt

Maintainability

Three BCA frameworks chosen by building type, with coverage apportioned per row.

/ 03Plan

Two plans for one scheme, sized to the team.

Professional is the full Green Mark workspace for one project team, suited to SMEs, single buildings and small developments: both editions, evidence links, progress analytics and a monthly check-in call. Enterprise covers portfolios and larger teams, with more seats and onboarding, and is quoted. Ask for either and we will be in touch.
